Account Access

Are you having trouble accessing your account or resetting your password? Learn more about signing in to your NrgEdge account and how to troubleshoot account access issues.

 

Signing In and Out of Your Account

To Sign-in

  1. To sign-in, if you already have an NrgEdge account, visit: https://nrgedge.net/login
  2. Enter the email address that you created your account with and the respective password to login.

To Sign-out

  1. To sign-out, navigate cursor to the right hand corner of the browser window.
  2. Click the Sign-out button.

 

Help in Resetting Your Account Password

If you have forgotten your NrgEdge login password, simply visit: https://nrgedge.net/forgot-password to reset your password. 

Enter the email that you used to create the NrgEdge account and submit the form. In a few moments, you will receive an email from us with a link to click for resetting the account password. Follow the instructions in the email and web site.

If the reset is successful, you can now login to NrgEdge using the same email and new password.

Changing Account Password

To change your password, simply login and click the Settings icon on the top right corner of the browser and select Change Password.

You are to enter your current password and your new password. If the change is successful, you will be logged out. Please login again with your new password. If you are using the mobile app, do remember to Sign out and Log in again.

Unauthorized Account Access or Creation

If you suspect that there is unauthorized activity in your account, please report it to us at support@nrgedge.net.

 

Closing of Account

If you are no longer an energy professional or would like to close your NrgEdge account, please email us at support@nrgedge.net. Please note that related account information, digital assets and transactions will not be backed up once account is closed.
